Large double room in central Brighton

The double room

Hey! We are Molly, Amber and Helena and we are looking for a new housemate to replace Molly in the front double bedroom.

We have lived a lovely cosy time together, often watching TV, cooking meals together, talking about our lives & everything in between. We are looking for someone who enjoys similar things, the odd pint out, watching TV together and generally enjoying spending time around each other :)

The room is a large double bedroom. It includes a double bed and mattress, desk and chair, large bookcase and decent built in wardrobe with a chest of drawers. There is a washing machine and drier and we have all appliances (kettle, toaster, TV etc).
Bills come to around £100-£150 a month.
The location is brilliant, 10 mins from the beach, 2 seconds from town- it feels like you are bang in the centre of everything, and it’s also 10 mins from the station which has been very handy for me as I’ve been back and forth to London.

Amber works with children in speech and language therapy so is out 9-5 Mon-Fri, and Helena is a baker (and yes, that means the freshest sourdough and most insane cookies on the reg 🥲), and her rota ranges from days and nights any day of the week.

We would be looking for someone who doesn’t go out all the time as we’re a bit older now, but who doesn’t mind a drink also!! Get in touch if this sounds like you :)

Oh, and the landlord is brilliant, very relaxed and we have the management company right round the corner who help out with everything really quickly- ideal really!
