Double Room in Seven Dials Central Brighton

Hello! Renting out my cosy, spacious room in beautiful flat in Seven Dials (10 min from Brighton Station) for at least 2 months around 25-30 August.

The room has a desk you can use if you WFH, and plenty of space for clothes, comfortable bed etc. (There is no longer a bookshelf but there are two bedside tables and plenty of space for books.)

I have a lovely flatmate, Ellen, who is a doctor and surfer(!) and all-round legend. We have a very relaxed and friendly home, with a passion for art, looking after our space, plants and hanging around talking about things that matter to us :) Ellen also loves basically all forms of exercise, especially running, hiking, cycling and dancing.

It would be wonderful to find a kindred soul to spend 2+ months enjoying the flat and the Seven Dials area in Brighton (10 min walk to Brighton station). There are lots of cute cafes nearby and a couple healthfood shops & grocery stores.

We have all the amenities you'll need. Because we live in a beautiful house in a popular area it is 850GBP without bills for the room. All bills come to 140GBP on top.

P. S. Right now I can only guarantee 2 months but there is a chance of extension/transfer to permanent contract if I decide to move out permanently - will check in and discuss this with you halfway through your stay.
