Hello! We are on the lookout for a new flatmate to join our flat share in Seven Dials. We are all working professionals aged between 26-32 who enjoy hanging out occasionally when our schedules allow it, but we all value our own free time and each other’s personal space too.

The room:

The room is a small sized double and is furnished with a bed and a wardrobe (chest of drawers is on the way) - the landlord will be happy to add or replace furniture if needs be! It’s also got a window which catches the sun nicely and even a sink.

Rent is £725 per month, all bills included and with no deposit required.

The Area:

Seven Dials is a lovely area just north of Brighton City Centre. You can get to the station easily with a walk of around 15 minutes. It’s a 10 minute walk to London Road and a 20 minute walk into Brighton itself. There’s loads of lovely cafés in the area, a couple of Co-ops for groceries and Preston Park isn’t far for some greenery either.

A little about us:

My name is Connor and I’ve lived here for over a year and a half. I work in hospitality, which means late nights and weekends but I am always quiet when I come home! I love socialising over a beer or two, running and video games.

Toby works in sport events and loves the great outdoors. He loves exercise, a trip to the local or a nice evening in watching River Monsters. He’s lived here for two and half years now.

Jess works in occupational health and has also lived here for around a year and half. She enjoys crocheting, bringing Uno to the pub, getting tattoos and a good yap.

Izzy has lived here for three years and is a Spanish teacher. She loves cooking, spicy margs, sea swims and writing short stories. Most of the plants in our flat belong to her and are thriving under her care.

Overall we are an inclusive and lovely bunch and are excited to have someone else join our flat! We are sociable and generally tidy, we share kitchen utensils and share the expenses for things like toilet paper, washing up liquid etc. Feel free to drop us a message if you have any questions or want to arrange a viewing.
