Lodger wanted for spacious double room Seven Dials

I’m looking for a friendly, laid-back lodger to rent the second bedroom in my lovely 2-bed flat in Seven Dials.

The location is a big part of what makes the place great. It’s within walking distance of Brighton Station, St Ann’s Well Gardens and the seafront, with all the cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops around Seven Dials right on your doorstep. You can easily get into town, down to the beach or over to the station without needing a car.

The bedroom is a spacious double room with very high ceilings and lots of natural light, so it feels bright and airy rather than cramped. You’ll also have a comfortable shared living space and kitchen to enjoy.

A little about me;

I’m a professional with a busy life and I work from home two days a week. I also have my daughter staying with me most weekends, so it’s important that whoever moves in is comfortable having a child around and is considerate and easy-going.

I’m not looking for someone who needs to be best friends or spend all their time together, having your own space and independence is important to me too. That said, it would be great to have a friendly relationship, grab a drink, watch a bit of sport or have a chat now and then. If we become good friends along the way, even better!

I’m a big Arsenal fan, follow F1 (Lewis Hamilton fan) and generally have a busy, active life.
