2 rooms available (from 1 October)

Hi everyone, we have 2 of our flatmates moving out (both rooms available from 1 October).
There are 2 bathrooms in the house, shared kitchen and lounge, and a little back patio area, right opposite the Joker on London Road, so nice and close to central Brighton. Rent is £550 for each room and first come first serve :)
Landlord is super lovely and we’ve been in the house since August 2022, so we’ve furnished the lounge, kitchen and all areas of the house - Rooms can come part furnished as well :)
I will also be moving out from start of November, so another room will become available then.
There are currently 4 of us still in the house, 1 girl (myself) and 3 boys(26,27 & 34).
We are a social house but also like our own time as well , we bbq in the garden area, watch movies and cook together sometimes.
We are looking for 2 flatmates to replace our 2 friends moving out - Please message me for viewings 🙏🏻

Split between 6 people, Council tax is £35.66 per month, WiFi is £8.44 , water & TV is £27.
