Lovely big double room in characterful + spacious flat in central Seven Dials

The bedroom is unfurnished other than with a wardrobe - the rest of the flat is fully kitted out.

Really great central location, 15 mins from the beach, 5 mins from the station, loads of lovely local shops/cafes/pubs.

Also a terrace/balcony which gets sun all day, and a parking space. I use it occasionally, but if you have a car we can work it out :)

I work out of the house most of the week, with the occasional day at home, and am easy about what you do! There's definitely space in the bedroom for a desk, or there's the dining table if you work from home and want to be out of your bedroom!!

Just looking for someone laid back. Bonus if you want to join me for a beer sometimes !
