Double room available Fiveways area from September

Our house is in the Fiveways area of Brighton with great local shops and pubs.
Only a 10 minute bus ride, or 30 minute walk into central Brighton. 10 minute walk to London Road train station, that takes you to Sussex and Brighton universities.

The bedroom overlooks the garden at the back of the house. Shared bathroom, large kitchen and sunny garden with decking area.
There is on street parking but you need to pay.

The room has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. I have a desk available if you’d prefer.

The room is available for a single occupant, initially only Mondays-Fridays for 3 months. Can be reviewed after 3 months. Available from 1st September. Non-smoker required.

Would suit a female student or professional who works or studies outside the home during the day.

£550 per calendar month including bills and wifi. Deposit of £300 plus 2 references.

You’ll be sharing the house with me, my son (and sometimes his girlfriend) and our cat.

I like shared areas to be kept clean and tidy and will appreciate living with someone who has the same approach!
