My Fiancee and I are looking for someone to rent a room in our 2 bed, 1 bath flat located in Central Brighton!

🏠The space we have available is a fully furnished double bedroom with a spacious mirror closet with (almost) floor to ceiling windows.
📍Located just off of London road, less than a 10 minute walk from Brighton railway station and the North Laines.
🧚We are preferably looking for a post graduate student or working professional, but students are welcome as long as you can pass the affordability checks 🙂

P. S: The dog in some of the pictures is not included with the flat unfortunately 😔 Our current flatmate wont let us keep him (He is her dog 🐕) Pets are allowed!

A bit about us:

My name is Jasmine, I’m 22 years old. I work Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm) with 1-2 WFH days. I love music - especially playing the guitar, and playing video games (if I had a console, for now I’m stuck playing minecraft on my laptop). A couple of my favourites are Oblivion and Skyrim! I love to chat and would love to be more than flatmates, hopefully friends! I love daytime activities on the weekends, going to brunch, and hanging out at the beach or the park 💘

My fiancee's name is Nina! She is also 22 years old. She recently graduated from the University of Brighton and walked away with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Ethics! She is American and moved from Colorado, USA to Brighton four years ago for university. She likes reading, theatre and music too. She loves a coffee, is always up for a hike or anything outdoors, a yoga class, a gig or a night out! 💃

We pride ourselves on not making anyone feel like a third wheel, so please don’t feel intimidated about living with a couple. If you have any concerns we’d be more than happy to have a chat!

General things to note:

🫧We keep the apartment tidy, regularly conducting a relatively deep clean of the apartment every 2 or so weeks.
🎉We host friends from work for pre drinks on rare occasions and go out on those nights
👭We sometimes have friends stay with us, but always provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. We also are occasionally out of town visiting relatives or travelling.
🎲We enjoy playing card/board games, reading, music!
🌈It is important we live with someone LGBTQ+ friendly
🫂We keep to ourselves sometimes if we have had a long week, but have a very welcoming demeanor and anyone is welcome in the apartment if someone needs a place to stay!!
🗓️We are looking for someone to rent the room 6 months minimum.
