The property is ideally located for students, with Brighton Station and excellent bus links nearby, making it easy to get around Brighton and beyond.

The room is furnished and the house has a spacious shared kitchen/dining area and a modern bathroom. The property is a traditional Brighton terrace with plenty of character.

I live in the house with my daughter, who is also a university student. I travel for business from time to time, so I am sometimes away from home, and I am looking for someone who would enjoy a comfortable, respectful and relaxed home environment.

Looking for a female student, ideally someone clean, considerate and respectful in a shared home.

The room is available for short-term arrangement, depending on how the tenancy works out and that everyone is happy with the arrangement.
