Our lovely bright and quiet flat, located just off Brighton seafront, is available to rent for January and February. The flat is on the second floor, and is less than a two minute walk to the beach and promenade.

The flat is centrally heated, and fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, kitchen table & chairs, sofa, etc. Amenities include bath & shower, fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, TV, record player, wifi and more.

Within a five minute walk you'll find a Waitrose supermarket and various other grocery stores, along with an abundance of shops, restaurants and cafes on Preston Street and Western Road.

From the flat it's about twenty minutes walk to Brighton railway station, for connections to London, Gatwick Airport and other towns across Sussex. There are also frequent bus services to the station, and to other parts of the city.

The rent is £1500 per month including council tax, water, wifi and up to £100 per month of electricity & gas - you can pay for additional electricity & gas if your usage exceeds this amount.

The property is available only whilst we are away during January & February, although we are flexible with move-in and move-out dates. The space would be ideal for mature students or professionals needing a calm. space to live and work in during an extended break, or between moves.
