We are looking for a new lodger to join us in a spacious family home. My husband and I live with our daughter (final year of A-levels) our son (during university holidays) and 2 cats.

Fully furnished room on the first floor with use of a downstairs shower room and access to a shared family bathroom (only used by daughter and son) on the first floor.

Large kitchen dining room with access to garden, shared living room and separate laundry.

We are 12 minutes walk to Brighton Station. 15-20minutes walk to beach, the Laines, Hove. 5 min walk to Preston Park.
Buses 3min away with 3X bus route direct to universities.

We are a non smoking household and would like our lodger to also be a non smoker.

Included bills and wifi.

Students welcome. Not suitable for someone working full time from home.

We are a sociable family experienced in welcoming lodgers and au pairs of different nationalities into our home .
