Double room 5 mins from Brighton station

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flat in Brighton, just a 5-minute walk from Brighton Station.

The room is on the smaller side, but it comfortably fits a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanging/storage. It’s unfurnished, so you can make the space your own. It also has a really nice sea view from the bedroom, which is definitely one of my favourite things about it.

The flat itself is really bright and spacious, with high ceilings and a lovely living room that we spend quite a bit of time in.

You’ll be living with Eva and Izzy, a couple. Eva is an art teacher and Izzy works for the government. They’re both really lovely and are looking for someone friendly, clean and easy-going to join them in the flat.

It’s a really nice, relaxed home and a great location, especially if you want to be close to the station and everything Brighton has to offer.
