Looking for a flat mate next to the station!

We’re looking for a flatmate to join our home. The flat is bright, airy and just minutes away from the station and The Lanes, so it’s in a really great location.
We’re a couple living together, and there is one double room available, which will be lightly furnished.
I am an art teacher, so love anything creative.
Isador is a civil servent communting into london everyday.

we are both quiet chill so would want to live with someone who is relaxed and easy going

we just really value having a happy, relaxed home where we can also have our own space as well as sometimes a pint.

The rent is 616 plus bills. Shorter lets can be discussed.

Bills can be on higher side because concil tax in brighton is alot!!

We want the flat to feel friendly, while also making sure everyone has their own space

The rent can be negotiated depending on how often you’ll be using the room, so we’re happy to discuss what works best.

Concil tax is band C

In terms of funrishing, having your own would be ideal but we do have a clothings rail and trying to get a bed!
