Lodger - Central Brighton

I have a double room in a three-bedroom flat coming available in September and am looking for a lodger. It would suit a professional or student.

The flat is modern and centrally located in Brighton, so very convenient.

There is currently one other lodger in the flat. I and/or my adult daughters return at various points and use the third bedroom, so we tend to come and go. There is a separate bathroom/shower, which we also use occasionally when staying.

There can occasionally be some noise outside, as work is currently being carried out on the building and scaffolding is up.

For various reasons, there isn't a washing machine in the flat and I use a nearby launderette.
