Double Room in lovely house share - long term stay

Hello!

We are a house share of 4 looking for someone to fill our upstairs double room of the house on a long term basis as our currently housemate is sadly leaving us.

The house sits between kemptown, hanover and the city centre making it a great location to explore Brighton, go to the beach and a quick trip to Aldi.

The room has a good amount of space for a desk and a bed. The rooms come unfurnished but the current flatmate will leave her bed and mattress, and potentially sell some other furniture to the new tenant.

The property is shared with 3 professionals 1 male and 2 females. We’re all LGBT and work around 9-5 hours and ideally looking for someone similar🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️.

Our bills typically come out to around £100 each more a month.

We have a shared kitchen and garden with a large living and dining space downstairs. The property does not have parking without a permit.

We mainly keep to ourselves and chat in the kitchen but occasionally come together to have dinner, watch tv or head to the pub. We’d like someone sociable who can contribute to the vibe but is respectful and clean :)
