Room sublet available in lovely house

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for two months while I am away (20th October - 28th December). This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for temporary accomodation.

The room is spacious and partially furnished, and the house itself has a joint living room/kitchen area, a beautiful secluded garden patio and a large modern bathroom.
The house is situated in Hanover, with easy walks to the center of town, shops, the train station, many many pubs, and the seafront.

Rent is £600 per month, with bills generally coming to £150. Council tax band C.

You would be sharing with Jacob and Tom, two lovely working professionals. As a house we love to have joint dinners and sometimes go out for drinks, but we also value our own space and some peace and quiet. Interests include film, live music, and illustration!
