Double room with very own onsuit bathroom available mid September/ October, just behind the train station.

I have lived at york and elder now 4 years
Its comes with the use of rooftop gardens, 24hre gym.

The room itself is unfurnished, with a triple built in wardrobe. Bedroom come with a small double bed if you wish. I have kitted out the rest of the property with recently braught dining room furniture and sofas.

You would me living with me, Nurse, long shifts and enjoys socialising, cooking, gym and quiet times.

Ideally looking for male and working professional.

I do have a cat but sadly hes being rehomed to a close friend mid September.
