Room available in 2 bedroom maisonette

Hi there! I have a room available in my centrally located maisonette. 10-15 minute walk from the station, close to London Road and Preston Park. Permit is required for parking, but there’s no significant waiting list for this area. And the room is available from now!

Currently unfurnished, however I will happily provide furniture if you need. Would consider couples, but this would require a conversation about a different rent price etc.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, and generally positive and easy going!

As for me, I’m a GP trainee, so no longer work shift work (but very understanding of those who do). I enjoy gym and socialising, so am not at home all the time; but I do enjoy an evening cooking and vegging on the sofa, so wouldn’t be an absent housemate! I’m a friendly person so would like someone I can be friends with and hang out with, but also have respect for each others’ down time.
