Single first floor room with private ensuite facilities to share with 3 others currently 2 males & 2 females.. Room becomes available for 1st November, but may be negotiable with current occupier. Utility bills are shared equally. Landlord pays Council Tax. Two months rent required up front to cover the first month & the last, so no Security Deposit. Tenancy is Periodic for entire household. Property available to employed Non Smoker, preferably female to maintain an equal balance of gender currently resident. Shared facilties include, living room, kitchen/ Diner & utility room.
