Double-Bed student room in 6 Bed House, Elm Grove

Hi!
We are looking for a female student to move a room in our 6 bed house in the elm-grove area!

Rent is 761.20 per month, the tenancy ends 14/07/27

The room is furnished with:
- double bed
- built in cupboard storage
- large chest of drawers
- large table/desk & chair
- shelving
- wall mounted whiteboard

We are all students at Sussex, all very friendly, not really a massive party household.
We are aged 19-23, 4 girls and 1 guy (who one tenant has already lived with for a year) and we are looking for a female flatmate!

There are 2 bathrooms in the house.

Can move in from 15th September, rent for September has been paid for in advance, so no rent for September will be needed.
