Double furnished ensuite room in central Brighton available for short-term lets for single lodgers only. This is the front room of a family house, next to the front door on the ground floor, so you have privacy. Furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, armchair, kettle, toaster, and mini-fridge. Ensuite shower and toilet installed summer 2026.

You are welcome to use the family kitchen, on the next floor down, but space is tight so this is not suitable for someone with lots of kitchen equipment.

Other occupants are me (owner), my son, a student, and another lodger, a nurse. I also have a little dog, Tiggy, who is friendly and quiet.

The area is central: walking distance to station, sea, Churchill Square, and it has a short walk to the bus stops for the universities.

Our current lodger moves out on 18 September, so looking for someone ready to move in soon after that. Contact me for photos.
