Nice double room, very warm and cosy flat with great light, nice and bright. Two windows. Double glazing throughout flat. Excellent radiators/heating. No damp. Shared bathroom with bath and shower. Shared kitchen and shared living room, with balcony. Good location near main bus route to the beach and to universities. Near Sainsbury's and Aldi. Would suit student or working individual.

I work a lot. The flat is very peaceful, calm and a great place for someone studying, working or looking to save for their own apartment or property. Welcoming and homely.

The bed is currently in the centre of the room as I was going to fit new carpets this week and also paint the walls.

If you need any additional furniture it can be added, such as wardrobe or chest of drawers. The frame and the mattress, the chair and the lamp are all new.

The bed can be moved sideways along the back wall which makes this double room very spacious. I am happy to answer any questions, if you would like to find out more :)
