Room available in shared house from October

We're looking for a new tenant to join our shared house which is conveniently located two minutes from Preston Park and five minutes from Brighton station. We're all working professionals and are super creative; whether it's making music, art or DJing.

The room in question is spacious, comfortably fitting a double bed, a desk and other furniture. It's on the top floor, facing onto the back garden and catches the sunlight nicely. The shared areas include a kitchen/living room and a bathroom which are located in the basement. The garden can be accessed via the back door in the kitchen.

Requirements for potential tenants:

- Aged 18-35

- In full time employment or student with maintenance loan

- Must be able to pass all financial checks or have a guarantor

- Pet free - we love animals but one of us has allergies :(

- LGBT friendly

- Clean, tidy and respectful

Rent is £650/month excluding bills

Bills are around £110/month

The property is in council tax band C (we pay around £82/month each)

Please note that the room is UNFURNISHED, so please keep this in mind before getting in contact.

The room can be available from October 12th earliest.
