Spacious Double (with Balcony!) in 2 Bed flat

Hello! I’m looking for a non-male flatmate to fill the master bedroom in my lovely spacious two-bed near Preston Park station.

About the room:
The room comes furnished with a double bed, has wall to wall built in storage, and has a balcony. The rest of the flat is lovely and spacious, and we also have a garage!

About me:
I’m 26, fem non-binary, and neurodivergent. I’m a barista (obviously) and I’m about to start a Master’s in Creative Writing! I’m social, organised, and generally quite easy-going, and I’d love to find a housemate who is similar. General respect and communication is most important to me, as well as someone who is as enthusiastic as me about a yearly Twilight rewatch.

Have lived in this flat for 2 years now so it’s a lot more homely than some of the listing photos imply! (the photos with the pink walls are most recent)
