The house will be shared with two female housemates, and there will also be a shared living room. The living room is currently being used as a bedroom, but it will be converted back into a shared living room from 1st November.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easy-going and financially responsible, with a stable income.

Ideally, we would also require a UK-based guarantor.

For the best balance and harmony within the current household, we would ideally prefer a male housemate, as this fits best with the current household dynamic.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a calm, friendly and respectful home environment.

📋 We’d ideally like to find someone as soon as possible, as there is some paperwork and referencing that needs to be completed before moving in.
