Spacious Ensuite Room Available in a 2-Bed Flat 🏡

I have a spacious ensuite room available (couple or friends) in a lovely 2-bedroom flat.
The flat is bright and gets lots of natural light throughout the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need, including all the usual appliances, cookware and utensils, so you really don’t need to bring much with you.

There’s also a big communal garden just outside, which is great for sitting out, relaxing or getting some fresh air.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate, and ideally someone who enjoys a quiet and peaceful home. I think it’s important that both people feel comfortable in the space and have their own privacy, while still being friendly and easygoing.
