Garden, station, parking, walk to town

I’m looking for a friendly, easy going 20 something female to share a 2 bed flat in a peaceful location. London Road Station is 2 minutes’ walk, there’s a friendly pub on the doorstep, shops and restaurants are a 10 minute walk and North Laines 20 minutes on foot.

The room is newly furnished with a double-bed, bedside table, large set of drawers and hanging rail. There is extra storage space under the bed.

The flat has a good sized lounge diner for entertaining. There is also space to bring your own style or extra bits of furniture or nick nacks. The kitchen is well equipped including washer-dryer, microwave and so on.

A star feature is the courtyard garden with outside table and chairs and a flower-bed in need of attention from someone with greener fingers than mine.

I'm a primary school teacher so out all day, so you won’t be disturbed if you need to work at home from time to time. I’m clean, well mannered, respect personal space.

When I’m home I enjoy quiet evenings, games nights, and pub trips with friends.

I’m looking for someone who’s happy to socialise from time to time over a coffee or a movie, or to share cooking if you’re into that. No wild nights as I have early starts.

Rent is £700 plus around £150 bills each month. The flat is in parking zone J and I’ve never struggled to park close by.
