Double Room in Friendly Houseshare!

hello!

one of our housemates is leaving to move in with her boyfriend, and so we are looking for a new housemate to fill one of our rooms for around mid-October.*

we live in a four-bed house in central brighton. the room available is on the lower ground floor and is a comfortable double room. you would be sharing a bathroom on the ground floor with two other housemates.

we have a shared living room, separate kitchen, and lovely outdoor patio/decking area out back.

About us:

you will be living with three other housemates aged 27-28: Jess, Chloe and Callum. we are friendly, sociable young professionals working a mix of WFH and in office during the week.

we all have our own schedules and enjoy going out with friends to the pub/for dinner, but also evenings in watching tv together. our house very much feels like a home.

we are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy housemate to join us!

Bills and bits

bills are not included in the rent and come to approx. £140pp per month, including council tax, wifi, water, gas/electricity.

*TO NOTE: another of our house is leaving to go travelling in the new year, and so we will have a second room in the house available from mid-December. please let us know if you’d be interested in this room as well/alternatively.
