Room in friendly house share in Queen's Park!

I am sadly leaving my lovely room in Queen's Park, shared with 3 lovely housemates who are all working professionals.

It's a gem of a room, with plenty of space and inbuilt wardrobes, fully furnished with a new Emma mattress and also has a new double-glazed window so it stays warm in winter. Bonus it also has a sea view with lovely sunsets!

The house is spacious with a shared living room/ diner/ kitchen, a bathroom, and also separate second toilet. There is also a garden. It's 2 mins from Queen's Park, with cute cafes and great independent pubs on your doorstep.

The house is tidy and relaxed. As a house, we love sharing flat meals and movie nights but also enjoy our separate quiet time and hobbies/ sports :)

Private landlady, responsive and relaxed, good relationship over the years.

We have had a majority LGBTQ+ household for the past few years and keen to keep it this way!

Rent is £700pcm + bills (includes cleaner every two weeks) which feels like good value for the space! Council tax Band D which works out as £53.75 per person per month.

Parking zone C (no waitlist). Place to store bikes.
