The house is shared with two students, making it a friendly and student-oriented household. The owner also lives at the property but travels abroad regularly and can be away for periods of time.

There is a spacious shared kitchen and comfortable living room, as well as a shared bathroom.

The property is in a great location for students, with Brighton Station, local shops, buses and amenities all within easy reach. Preston Circus is just nearby, making it easy to get around Brighton and to the universities.
