Cheap Room in Friendly Flatshare

We're a creative bunch of weirdos looking to replace a tenant moving out of our lovely flatshare.
We have a gorgeous flat full of plants above a cafe on Western road, 2 mins to the sea and very close to the centre of town. Looking for a friendly and laid back person to move in early November.

Currently living there is Luke (27), Martina (36) and Alfie (39). Everyone works full time, a mixture of from home and out and about. We are equally into being calm and centred as we are a bit chaotic.

We like to cook together sometimes, watch films on the projector, go for sea swims, go to the pub, go to gigs, have a craft evening but also respect each other's privacy and the need for alone time.
We're big on supporting each other, keeping life silly and making a home that's sociable but gives everyone space too. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy and understands how to live communally.

We have a lot of interests and hobbies between us - yoga, morris dancing, choir, DJing, acting, zine making, playing the guitar, festivals...
