THE HOUSE
A spacious house across two floors, with two bathrooms and a communal living room and kitchen.
The room is situated on the top floor with west facing window. It’s a cosy attic room, fitting a double bed. The room will come unfurnished.

5 mins walk from Preston Park, 11 mins walk from Brighton Station & 8 mins walk from London Rd Station.

The rent is £480, bills not included but split equally between the five of us. Deposit is £576.80.

ABOUT US -
We’re a mixed house, all in our mid 20s and are looking for someone friendly who will fit in with us socially.
When we’re at home we tend to spend quite a bit of time together, but we also respect each other’s space. You’ll often find us watching a film together in the evenings with a glass of wine, occasionally we’ll cook together & play card games. We also sometimes like to go out for drinks together.
