Lovely Loft Double with Ensuite in Queens Park

Hey! We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our flat just off queen's park.
The area is lovely, quiet residential road with loads of green spaces and quick access to the Seafront/Kemptown/ Hanover/ Level area.
Our last housemate is leaving us for London life at the start of December - if you needed to move in sooner we are flexible.
We are a very relaxed neurodivergent household. Me (Toni) and Ellen have lived together for the last 5 years and are used to house shares. We are ideally looking for another queer ND person to join us. Ideally we would want someone for a long term let that we can have a good relationship with- with a preference for people around our age (25)
We are very easy going and have a good balance of socialising as a household and giving each other space. When we are in a social mood we usually cook together/ watch musicals/ go out for cocktails or other silly activities (think bowling, mini golf, cinema etc!)
I have two dogs - a Labrador and a chihuahua so any potential housemates would need to be comfortable with dogs. That said they do not go up into that room and are very well behaved in the house, quiet and non destructive!

The rent is 650 without bills, usually our WiFi, council tax, electricity and water comes to about £100 a month.

The room is semi furnished - the bed and wardrobes are included however the shelving in the pictures belongs to our current housemate.
I haven't included pictures of the kitchen/ living room but I will take photos when I get the chance. We have a washing machine, tumble dryer and many shared kitchen appliances (kettle/ toaster/ air fryer/ George foreman grill etc)

The damage deposit is £600. UK guarantor is also a requirement please!
