Lovely double room available to rent near Lewes Road (opposite Elm Grove), in a friendly and welcoming house!
The room is furnished and includes a double bed, large chest of drawers, desk with desk chair, wardrobe, and shelves.
You would be sharing with 4 other wonderful housemates, and two cats. Housemates are 3 working professionals and one PhD student (ages range between mid-twenties and mid-thirties). Other housemates are planning on moving around March/April (2027). The landlord is great, and responds to queries very promptly.
