Bright room in Fiveways/Roundhill area

The room

A medium-sized room with a south facing window (with a good view!). The room measures 6.7m². It has a wood effect laminate floor and has recently been decorated. There is currently a single Futon bed, a bedside table, a chair and a mirror in it. I am happy for you to use your own furniture instead or I can acquire furniture that you would prefer in the room.

The rest of the flat consists of a bathroom, a kitchen, another bedroom and a spacious living room. It is on the top floor of a three-storey block of flats.

There is also a garage with plenty of space, in case you need to store anything.

In mid-November, the kitchen is going to be renovated and the bath and shower are going to be replaced.

I'd like to live with another respectful professional, of a similar age, who is ideally vegetarian or vegan (I am vegetarian). I'd like to share meals a few times per week and I would try and treat you as a flatmate rather than a tenant.

All bills are included in the monthly rent.
