* Two double rooms available, fully furnished (furniture can be removed on request)
* Available from early January

* Very close to north lane and London Road shops and bars
* 10 minute walk to the beach
* Very large kitchen diner
* Patio with enough space for table and BBQ
* 2 bathrooms (you will share with 1 other person)
* Cosy living room
* £690pm + bills (approx £100)
* 3 floors
* 10 minute walk to the train station, down a quiet residential street.

Looking for:

* Strictly vegan professionals
* Friendly, clean, kind
* Sociable but respectful of other’s space
* Comfortable communicating and sticking to cleaning rota
* Respectful of LGBTQIA+ community and pronouns

About us:

* Three sociable vegan professionals in our mid / late twenties looking for two housemates to join us in early January
* We’re very sociable - we host a queer film night and like having friends over for chilled nights in, drinks and girls nights. Will throw occasional gatherings but we’re not crazy party people (we won’t be loud on school nights)

IMPORTANT: it wouldn’t let us add the security deposit amount but it will be 5 weeks rent which is £862.50
