Spacious loft room

Unfurnished loft room with window and set of stairs. Our house on Ditchling road is central to shops, parks and the beach. And a 10min walk from brighton station. Our house includes a garden, two bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Bills are not included, we pay for energy bills, water and council tax monthly.
We are 3 fun and friendly girls who are sociable and love doing things together, whether thats active and outside or spending nights in. We’re looking for a housemate who is sociable and responsible, outgoing and loves a cheeky pint on a weekday. Preferably queer or at least an ally.
