Large Double Room for Rent

Only looking for students.

I am leaving the house due to personal reasons and am needing someone to take my place within the house. It is a double room, which comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. It also has space for an extra unit such as a chest of drawers. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen comes with plenty of space. The living room has 2 large sofas and my flatmate has a TV. There is garden furniture outside. My housemates are clean, tidy and sociable.

The house is close to travel connections, with a bus stop right outside the house and another a 1 minute walk away. It is walking distance to Aldi and Sainsbury's, as well as Brighton Moulscoombe campus. It takes about half an hour to get to Sussex campus.
