2 rooms available in central Brighton

Hello!
Two of my current flatmates are moving back home, so we have two double rooms available. They are nicely sized rooms in a great location, and very affordable for what it offers. We also have our own garden.
I’m Shamiah, 22, and currently working at a bookshop. My other flatmate is a filmmaker, we get along really well and enjoy spending time together (movies, board games, pubs, etc.), i'd say we have a good balance between socialising and personal space.
The move-in date is the 26th of November, so we’re ideally looking for someone who can move in within about a month. We’d love to find someone ideally with similar interests that we can be friends with, that is clean, and can become a part of the household :)
We’re also looking for someone whose lifestyle matches ours: this isn’t a party house so we prefer someone that is respectful of the home environment.
All the furniture in the house belongs to us, and one room my currant housemate is happy to sell her furniture to you if you are interested, and the other room is mostly furnished. Bills come to around £100 per month, and we each take responsibility for one bill.
