£650 pcm total inc bills and council tax
My flatmate is moving out and I am moving into her room
The room is semi-furnished: There is a mattress and dresser but no bed frame. I have painted it yellow but would be happy to paint it back before you move in!
Electricity and water are included.
We pay around £50 pcm for council tax and £13 pcm for wifi, so it comes to around £650 pcm in total.
The flat is up some stairs and there's no lift
We are a 4 person all female flat, 3 employed and one student, and we are all pretty chill, but don't get to hang out much due to having very different schedules. No parties sorry!
