Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female housemate to share a lovely modern 2-bed apartment directly opposite Preston Park in Brighton. Ideally looking to move in ASAP!

Rent is £995 pcm + around £150 in bills.

The apartment is gorgeous and has some really lovely features!

* Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, so no sharing!
* We would each have our own private balcony.
* Three communal terraces for residents to enjoy.
* A residents’ lounge that you can book for free for parties, gatherings etc.
* A meeting room that’s also free to book.
* Regular social events organised for residents, which is a lovely way to meet people.
* Concierge area within the building.
* Directly opposite Preston Park!

I’m ideally looking for another girl who’s friendly, tidy and would enjoy making the place feel like home.
