Double bedroom in 2-bed fkat

Hello!
I’m Megan (32), and I have a spacious double room becoming available at the end of November in the lovely 2-bed flat I live in.

*More photos to come*

About the flat:
• Location: Vibrant spot near Preston Circus and the Open Market, but the flat itself is tucked away and genuinely quiet.
• The space: Bright and spacious throughout with plenty of natural light, plus a handy separate bathroom and toilet layout.
• Rent: £687.50 per month (waiting on final confirmation from the landlady regarding the deposit amount).

About me & the vibe:
I’m 32 and work at the hospital. Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle—I play rugby, go to the gym, and love getting out for the occasional swim.

In the flat, I’m looking for a fellow professional who is clean, tidy, and treats the space like a home. I definitely prefer cozy nights in during the week, but I'm always up for an occasional pub trip or a casual drink on the weekend!

If this sounds like your kind of place, drop me a message with a bit about yourself. I’d love to send over some photos and arrange a viewing!
