I have a double room available in a modern, three-bedroom flat in central Brighton and am looking for one lodger. It would ideally suit a professional looking for a comfortable and very convenient place to live. The rent is relatively low and includes all bills.
The room measures 3.5m × 3m (10.5m²) and is minimally furnished at present, but I'm happy to discuss adding or removing furniture and other items to suit your needs. You would have a separate bathroom/shower to yourself, as the other lodger has their own en-suite. There is shared use of the kitchen and other communal areas.
The other lodger is a professional working for the NHS who has lived in the flat for four years. I stay occasionally, using the third bedroom and bathroom.
