I am unfortunately looking for someone to take over my tenancy, as I am no longer able to live in the room. This is a lovely opportunity for someone looking for a comfortable place to live in a welcoming and friendly environment!

The flat has a really lovely atmosphere, and the flatmates are incredibly welcoming, friendly and easy to get along with, making it a great place to feel at home. Everyone creates such a positive and comfortable living environment, so it's more than just a place to stay!

The location is fantastic, especially for students, as it is only a 25-minute walk from the University of Brighton, making getting to and from university easy and convenient. There are also loads of shops, supermarkets and other amenities nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach.

Another great advantage is the number of job opportunities in the area. I personally managed to find a job very quickly after moving here, which is ideal for students looking to work alongside their studies.

The area also has a great nightlife, with plenty of places to go out, socialise and enjoy yourself. Whether you enjoy exploring the area, spending time with friends, going out or simply relaxing at home, this location offers the perfect balance.

Overall, it's a wonderful place to live, with lovely people, a welcoming atmosphere, a convenient location and plenty of opportunities. I am genuinely sad that I can no longer stay, and I would love for someone else to have the opportunity to enjoy living here as much as I have!
