We are renting out our spare room which is a very spacious double en suite in Withdean, Brighton. It is fully furnished. Our house is a modern and stylishly furnished, large home in the green, leafy Brighton suburbs. We have a very large garden, newly installed, large eat in kitchen and separate living room.
The area is peaceful and safe with excellent links to the centre of Brighton, 15 mins walk from Preston Park train station which takes you into London. It is also walkable onto the South Downs.
We are a family of four, with two children (aged 5 and 8) and a small dog.
We are looking for someone who needs a room only in the week, ideally 2 or three nights.
