We have two large, furnished and lovely double rooms that are both big enough for a desk or table. The master bedroom has incredible views over Preston Park and the Downs beyond. The second, large room has views towards the lovely garden.
Transport is both very good and easy, into London, Devils Dyke and the heart of Brighton. We are just north of 7 Dials.
This is a house share with our professional son who is 24. We have a very chilled, friendly and respectful household where you can choose to have your quiet space or mix and chat.
All bills are included but there would be a supplement for all-day heating.
There will be a rent adjustment if a couple shares one room.
A cute little Jack Russell may visit very occasionally. 🐶
