Hello!
I am moving out of this house as I am going traveling with my parent. Therefore we are looking forward a friendly, clean and tidy housemate to join us from mid December!
It is a four bed house in central Brighton, the room is on the lower ground floor. It is a double spacious room with shared bathroom, kitchen and living space. Bedroom is partly furnished double bed with mattress, wardrobe and side table.
Bills are £140pp per month including WiFi, council tax, water, gas/ electric.
About house mates: you will be living with Callum, Chloe and Simon aged between 27-29 years old. We are friendly, sociable, young professionals, all working a mix of in office or from home.
