A spacious double room with lots of inbuilt storage cupboards, an arm chair, table and chair (available now).

Also a cosy single with inbuilt wardrobe, cupboard and small desk and chair (available from the 3rd May)

Would prefer female ideally working full time hours, not working from home, who likes somewhere peaceful after work.

We are a friendly household, clean, considerate and respectful. Currently we are a nurse, a vet and a cardiac physiologist.

The house is on a really quiet road at the edge of town, with a lovely garden that is full of birds. Large kitchen-diner with washing machine and all appliances. Large bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Also a second downstairs loo. Virgin fibre, fast Broadband.

In less than 5 minutes walk you can be on the edge of Sheepcote Valley, East Brighton park and the downs, so it is really easy to do some great walks straight from the house.
Walkable to the Royal Sussex County Hospital (25mins) and the General Hospital on Elm Grove (20mins). The Marina with 24 hour Asda, Lidl and Coop are all at the bottom of the hill.

Free on-street parking. The end of the road is on the number 1/1A and 21/21A bus routes. Close to routes 2 and 22.

Rent is £700/month (double) and £550/month (single) inclusive of council tax, electricity, gas, water and broadband. Television and phone not included.
