We invite you to step through the door of our beautiful boutique self catering home set in the heart of Brighton. Presenting four themed bedrooms, we offer everything you could need in a stylish and contemporary setting. More than just a place to stay this is a fabulous funky property with great attention to detail.

Area Description

Located in the cosmopolitan Hanover area of Brighton with lots of local shops and pubs and Queens Park just at the top of the road. Hanover is home to Brighton's artist & bohemian community. Each house is slightly different in colour and vibe. Tiny cafes hosting poetry nights or local artist exhibitions are dotted all over the grid as well as some of Brightons most loved pubs and bars. Within 2 minute walk there is a small Post Office and chemist, an organic market (stalls with organic fruit and veg) and organic butchers. Ladbrokes and 5 pubs are all within 5 minutes walk (Hanover is known for having some of the best pubs in Brighton and a lot of them in such a small area). Fannies and Cherrys deli is a 5 minute walk (in opposite directions). Southover independant off licence, fish and chip shop and pizza take away are all just around the corner with the North Laines (heart of Brighton) 10 minute walk downhill! Queens Park bus stop is a 2 minute walk away, where number 81 bus will take you to the middle of town or the sea front and runs every 10 - 15 minutes.

about parking...
There are various sites where locals rent out their driveways such as parkopida and your parking space and a local University some guests have used in the past as well as sainsburys in the city centre and also one a 10 minute walk away. There is also free weekend parking and mid week evening parking as shown in the last page of our photos if you want to take your chances in finding a spot there.

Also.. behind the pepper pot (dead end road leading down to the park) there are parking bays where you can park for 11 hours for £7. Perfect if you just want to leave your car there for the day as the restrictions are in place 9am-8pm ie 11 hours. Or you can parking in zone S and moving the car twice a day during the restricted times (11am-12pm and 6pm-7pm) to a pay and display on Queen’s Park Road near the Islingword pub.

NOTE: Whilst we recomend these parking options we cant be held resopnsible if these change, as the parking options and availability in Brighton change frequently !
