I bought this place several years ago and have gradually done the place up - mostly with the help of a very talented carpenter/designer friend who lived with me.

The double room is available from the start of January and is on the first floor overlooking the street. It's a very large double and is the master bedroom. It gets beautiful evening light and the sunset.

Fun, tidy (cleaner comes every two weeks), relaxed home that is within easy walking distance of the centre of Brighton or seafront.

Beautiful Queens Park less than five mins walk away and corner shop with everything! Local organic butchers, fresh bakery and deli at the end of the street. The station is 15 mins walk from the house and five to ten by bike depending on whether or not you are cycling up hill or down!
