Gorgeous home in Hanover, Brighton

Hello,

I bought this place 19 years ago and have gradually done the place up - mostly with the help of a very talented carpenter/designer friend who lived with me.

Lots of natural wood and interesting art work. Open fireplace (amazing in winter) and a lovely back yard that catches the morning sunlight and is dreamy in summer.

The double room is available from July 1st and is on the first floor with a view on to our decking that catches the morning light. There are three bathrooms in the house (two with showers and one with a bath that is primarily used by this bedroom).

Happy, tidy (cleaner comes every two weeks), relaxed home that is within easy walking distance of the centre of Brighton or seafront.

Beautiful Queens Park less than five mins walk away and corner shop with everything! Local organic butchers, fresh bakery and deli at the end of the street. The station is 15 mins walk from the house and five to ten by bike depending on whether or not you are cycling up hill or down!
